Payment

We ship to addresses within Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons
• Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
